The National Squash League is open to players of all levels, from relative beginners in the lower divisions, to intermediate and more advanced players in the top divisions. Both men and women take part in the league and age is no limit either.
There are no fixed dates and times when league matches are played. Each round is allocated 6-8 weeks and players need to arrange their matches against their opponents in their division at a mutually convenient date and venue. At the end of every round a number players get promoted or relegated a division according to their final standings.
The league is a great way to meet new squash players and to improve one’s game by playing different people. Before joining the league a player’s level will be assessed so that the player can be included in the appropriate division.
