Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Malta Squash to be held on Wednesday 24th May 2017 at 6.00pm at the Marsa Sports Club

- To approve the minutes of the AGM held on Monday 23 rd May 2016 at 6.00pm at the Marsa Sports Club
- Chairman’s report including achievements of 2016 and goals for 2017
- Receiving the accounts for the financial year ending 31 st December 2016
- Discuss any proposals which may require the decision of a general meeting of which due notice will have been given
- Resignation of present committee
- Election of new committee
- Other matters
Nominations for election to the committee duly proposed and seconded by members, are to reach the secretary by no later than Saturday 20th May 2017
